Baron Geisler to fight Kiko Matos in URCC

After Baron Geisler and Kiko Matos are seen fighting at a bar in Quezon City, URCC president Alvin Aguilar invited the two to settle everything inside the MMA cage for a good cause.

We’d like to extend the invitation to Baron Geisler and Kiko Matos. If you guys are really going to fight, the URCC cage is open for both of you, Do it there instead of in the bars. So you’re very very welcome.

If you guys are going to fight in the bar, you guys are both actors, famous personalities now, that doesn’t set a good example for anybody. Why don’t you settle your fight like real Filipino men? You go in the cage, you finish it, after that kamayan, then tapos na, Alvin said.

According to URCC,the fight is used to raise funds for a charity work.

The two actors agreed the invitation and the fight will happen on June 25, 2016 at the Palace Pool Club .They will fight in a pro-am fight since both of them are not professional fighters.

Baron Geisler just contacted our match-maker over the phone and says that he wants to settle everything with Kiko Matos inside the cage on URCC Fight Night this coming June 25, 2016 at the Palace Pool Club.-URCC on their Facebook page.

Just earlier before Baron accept the call,Kiko informed URCC’s match maker Ronald Catunao that he will accept the invitation as soon as Geisler agrees to fight with him.

Baron is believed to go training with his brother Donnie,a black belter of Taekwondo.

Jaclyn Jose is Now The First Filipino To Win Best Actress At Cannes

Best Actress went to the Philippines’ Jaclyn Jose for her role in Brillante Mendoza’s Ma’Rosa.

She becomes the first Filipino and the first Southeast Asian who wins a Best Actress award at the 69th Cannes Film Festival on Sunday, May 22.

Jose beats several Hollywood actresses and front-runners Marion Cotillard, Charlize Theron, Ruth Negga, Isabelle Huppert, and Kristen Stewart.

Her category is described as 'hotly-contested race' because of strong performances from the contenders.

Ma’Rosa  is a story of a mother who has a sari-sari store that also sells drugs to make ends meet.

She and husband are captured during a raid.They are detained in prison while their three children who were left find money to pay corrupt police officers to free them.

Jose now joins the rank of other actresses who have won the Best Actress award at Cannes, such as Sally Field (1979), Helen Mirren (1984, 1995), Cher (1985), Meryl Streep (1989), Julianne Moore (2014), and Rooney Mara (2015).

James Reid and Nadine Lustre are in Relationship

Kapamilya actor James Reid and Nadine Lustre are now a real life couple.

The two confirmed their status via interview after their successful "JaDine in Love" concert on Saturday night February 20 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The crowd were suprised and gone wild when James said "I love you" to Nadine at the end of their concert.

The two were already together on Feb. 11 having dinner date where he admits that he is in love with her.

When Reid was asked how he court Lustre,he said he tried to keep the Filipino tradition.

For me, I guess 'coz I am Australian, I grew up in Sydney, the way… when we court there it’s different.

“Of course, the first person to know was the father.

“I asked permission to him first a while back.

“I try to keep the Filipino tradition.

He is asked also if he visits her house,he said,

Wowowin Will Be Watched Starting February 1

The most expected return of Wowowin will happen on February 1 every monday-friday 5:30 pm before the news program 24 Oras starts.

Willie Revillame signed a new contract together with his business partner Atty. Alfonso Reno Jr. with GMA officials CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, President and COO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., GMA EVP and CFO Felipe S. Yalong.

The program is expected to maintain its rating as GMA Chairman Atty. Gozon is confident saying Revillame is a hardworker.

“I have no doubt na mame-maintain ni Willie ‘yung rating ng program. Napakasipag niya. Pinapanood ko ‘yung shows niya kaya alam ko.”

In addition,when Willie is asked about the ratings this is what he said,

“Ang ratings nito hindi naman kailangan mataas. Ang importante rito mahalin ka ng tao, mahalin ‘yung programa kasi sabi nga ng Eat Bulaga, habang may bata, may Eat Bulaga. Hanggang may nalulungkot, may Wowowin,”

Willie Revillame on afternoon,January 17,2016, told his fans via his weekend novetly show Wowowin which airs every sunday 3:15 pm that it's their last episode.

 As we throwback,Revillame the host and producer of Wowowin during the conference on August 5,2015,admitted he spent 50 million to support the production of the show.

 Just before the program closes he announced that it's their last sunday and thanking the fans and sponsors for their support.

 It was reported that GMA is looking for a good time slot.3:30 pm is not profitable as it lacks funding for the reason that it doesn't attract more advertisers and that's why they adjusted it to 2:00 pm.Then it became a top rating sunday afternoon gaming show.But recently just this afternoon Wowowin waves goodbye to its Filipino audience.

 On Wowowin facebook page they released a video about their last episode that shows a positive future for their show.

An Abante informer has told,one who is close to Willie has confirmed that it will be watched starting January 25 Monday to Friday before 24 Oras.But it is still advised to wait for the official announcement coming from the host and the GMA management.

The real life couple Jam Sebastian and Paolinne Michelle Liggayu(JAMICH) who came to popularity in their Youtube channel Jamich TV that garnered more than 72 million views are now officially engaged.

The engagement was made during Sunday’s church service at PICC in the feast held by Brother Bo Sanchez.

According to ABS-CBN news report, it was Paolinne Michelle Liggayu who proposed to Jam Sebastian.

Months ago, while in the U.S., the Mr, Pure Energy's son has already uploaded dancing videos(Super Selfie) with his father Gary V. that garnered million views.

With this new installment, the 1:40 super selfie video titled, “Super Selfie-Loose Yourself Featuring The Manoeuvres and Sam Concepcion”
has been featured on international websites like Mashable, Examiner.com and Huffington Post.

“I am unbelievably hyper.. I need an outlet to share that energy. Hence, the birth of super selfies,” Gab in an interview.

In her show Abunda and Aquino Tonight with her new short hair style she explained that her doctor advised the public that she should not stay outside from 1pm to 4pm because during these times are the hottest hours of the day.She also found that her RBC and Hemoglobin drop.
