Albert Pagara knocked out by Mexican Fighter Cesar Juarez



This may be regarded as the ultimate test for the young Pagara if his ready for world title shots on Saturday, July 9 (Sunday Manila time) at the San Mateo Event Center in San Mateo, California.

Seems promising in the early round when Albert knocked down the Mexican foe but fall short in the 8th round where Juarez smells blood anticipating the Filipino fighter's exhaustion.

In the succeeding rounds, Cesar controlled the phase by pressuring him unleashing a two-fisted assault that had Pagara in trouble.Though the ALA boxer replied with solid blows but it wasn't enough to slow the durable Mexican fighter.

The 22-year-old Pagara use some footworks to get back into the center of the ring but Juarez connected with solid blows to the head which put Pagara down.

Thus, make the Prince unable to answer the 10-count with face slumped to the floor remarking the first ever defeat.

On the other hand, in a supporting bout, the older Jason Pagara provided a spotlight for Filipino fans when he won a third-round knockout against Abraham Alvarez.
